Kyneesha earned her bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Kinesiology. She recently completed an internship at EXOS in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she worked with youth, high school, Division 1 and professional athletes of all ages and sport type. It was here where she developed a well-rounded professional approach to sports performance coaching.
Her focus is helping athletes reach their full potential while maintaining safety, ensuring that each athlete always uses proper form to prevent muscular imbalances that can lead to injury.
Kyneesha's program design focuses on core work, stability, functional movement training, corrective exercise and timely progression towards goals. She uses a wide variety of strength training, speed/agility drills, stretching and conditioning to help her athletes perform their best.
Outside of coaching, Kyneesha is a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and is currently serving in the Army Reserves. She has served on one deployment to Afghanistan where she was in charge of critical ammunition operations. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, competing in body building competitions, pursuing her modeling career, researching and creating memories with her family and German Shepherd. She is passionate and confident in her coaching skills. She strives to be a true inspiration for others and believes that coaching entails much more than just taking an athlete through a workout.
